Can I order a custom?

Care instructions

All furs used for my products are artificial. It is a delicate material, and suffers from exposure to heat.

Should it come into contact with water, I recommend drying it gently with a soft cloth or leave it dry by itself. After drying, delicately brush the fur with a comb or brush.

Do not use hairdryers, irons, or any else heating devices for drying faux fur
For items that have airbrushing on them, I advice to avoid prolonged exposure to intense sources of light such as storing it in an area exposed to full sunlight, which could cause changes in colour. 

A care sheet is included in your order and you can find care instructions at the bottom of each listing.

I need an item to arrive before a specific date, what should I do?

Items can take between 2-3 weeks to make before shipping as it is just me making them.

Items shipping to the UK take 2-5 days for the shipping alone 

Items shipping internationally take between 2-3 weeks with 4 weeks as a max.

For rush orders that are needed before the times above, get in touch as I can offer advice and let you know if the day is possible to meet. Rush order fee is 10gbp for ears or tails separately and 15gbp for tail sets

Note that I do NOT offer refunds for items that arrive after their needed date as I do not have control over delivery companies delays.

Refunds and Returns

I am positive that you will be in love with my products, but if for some reason you want to return them they must be shipped back before being refunded.

Products should be shipped in original packaging within 7 business days after delivery in the same condition they were received in. 

Please get in touch here before returning your item so i can provide return instructions.

Buyer is responsible for postage return cost

I cannot accept returns for discounted items and custom/personalized orders. 

In a rare event of an item being flawed, please contact me and I will find the best way to resolve the issue. Note that you must send a picture of the flaw in clear lighting to my email fennecfemme@gmail.com

(internationally) not arrived 1 month after day of dispatch

can be declared lost.
