I have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (eg order confirmation email)

To start a return, you can contact me at fennecfemme@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a digital return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that slight alterations in my products are normal as I hand make each one myself. E.g. the fur trimming of ears may be minorly altered or it may be ruffled upon arrival due to the shipping process. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), items damaged by yourself or another person/ animal/object. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To avoid damaging my products, tend to them with care, follow the care instructions on my website for your purchase. These are art pieces and jewellery, not made for rough handling.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your returned item for excess damage. If the item has not been further damaged by yourself, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Excess damage to purchases having not followed care instructions will not be fully refunded.
