Shipping Policy

• Processing time: 

Premades take 2-3 weeks before I ship them out.
Customs can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks

• Shipping:

Shipping within the UK takes 2-5 business days to arrive and has tracking included.

Shipping to the U.S takes anywhere between 1-4 weeks, 
Tracked shipping to the U.S takes 7-12 business days

Shipping anywhere else takes between 2-4 weeks 

• Customs and Import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
I apologize, but I am not responsible if you experience any delays due to customs. You can contact your local post office with your tracking number if you have any further questions or concerns. Shipments are shipped from Scotland, UK.

 

• Returns & Exchanges:

I do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. However, if you receive the item damaged, please contact me via fennecfemme@gmail.com with images and receipt. Any damage to the product after arrival, I am not liable for. The same goes for second-hand purchasing.

You may cancel an order if it is within 12 hours after purchase.

I do not accept holds or reservations, all products are typically listed with a release date, and available for purchase once posted.

• Lost packages:

If it was (UK) been over 2 weeks since your order was dispatched (not when you placed your order) or (International) over 4 weeks since dispatch and you have not received your order please check your tracking if you chose tracked shipping, check your emails in case of any import fees needing paid which may hold up your item delivery. If the above does not help then please contact me here or via fennecfemme@gmail.com with your order number or email and shipping address and I will help however I can.  

If your item is declared lost I will either issue a refund or send out a tracked replacement depending on your preference.
