Ear care: Due to shipping, they may arrive ruffled which can be easily tidied with a gentle comb through. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth and do not soak as this can damage the material.

Note that these are not intended to be rough handled. Handle with care, keep away from small children, animals, hot objects and fires

All ears are handmade therefore will have human error as no 2 pairs of ears are exactly the same. This means small things such as minor differences in the fur cut, minor changes in the airbrushing etc this is just part of owning a pair of handmade ears. The differences should not be blatantly noticeable.
